It is at the International Seating Symposium that many new products are unveiled to an audience of seating technicians, clinicians, and complex rehab DME providers. Despite the 2022 ISS shifting to an online format, this year’s show was no exception.
Cheelcare was at the forefront of innovative products announced during the event at a live stream that took place January 31st where the co-founders announced a first-of-its-kind power wheelchair for youth and young adults.
Curio - a complex rehab powerchair built on Cheelcare’s proprietary robotics platform uses patented design to deliver unprecedented range of movement and positioning. It’s four legs operate independently to allow the wheelchair to elevate, tilt, and roll.
